Stereo Love was the first song I ever listened to from Geno Samuel, which led me to his album Morgana which I also very much enjoy, my favorite track from that album probably being The Power of Belief.
(Oh and he also made a cover of Buddy Holly which I genuinely really enjoy and have probably listened to more than the original song lol)

And then in June of 2025 Geno Samuel released Squeal, and upon seeing the album cover I had no clue what to expect as I missed the release of the singles from the album, and knowing that Geno Samuel likes to do a variety of styles/genres, all I knew was that the album cover REALLY grabbed my attention.

I really, REALLY like the songs in this album, they're just so fun and chill in a way that is very soothing and calming, but also vibey in a way that makes the songs sway through your head like a gentle winding river.
Geno Samuel's vocals are a very big reason I like his music so much, I really like how he uses his voice throughout the album, going from playful variation to extremely soothing almost whispers.


My favorite tracks from the album are probably Cuckoo Pt1 & Pt2, because I absolutely love part 1 for it's simplicity but still coolness, and part 2 for just how "fun" it is, I don't know how else to describe it really.
Cry Later and especially 2:06 - 2:40, the song also goes so well from it's verse to it's chorus, I really like it.
And Diamonds & Pearls mostly because I just really like the lyrics and the piano and guitar melodies are so dreamy and fun.

Geno Samuel has such cool music and listening to this album really just soothes and calms me, I love how fun it is.
